End User Agreement and Terms of Use for Soni Typing Tutor
This is a legal agreement between the end user ("you") and Soni Typing Tutor regarding the use of our software. By installing or using Soni Typing Tutor, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Soni Typing Tutor is free to download and try. The trial version allows you to evaluate software features for a limited time. The full version removes time-based limitations and unlocks all features.
These terms and conditions apply separately to each version of the software.
You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute this software without prior written permission from sonitypingtutor.com.
By purchasing the full version, you confirm that you are satisfied with the trial version. Your purchase indicates your understanding and acceptance of all features, terms, conditions, and the refund policy.
The term activation period refers to the licensed duration during which you can use the software. Once this period expires, the software will become inactive unless you renew your license. After expiration, no support or warranty will be provided.
A lifetime activation period refers to the lifetime of the Windows operating system installed at the time of activation. If the system is reinstalled, the activation period ends.
Each activation key is tied to a specific machine and its current version of Windows. If the operating system is upgraded, reinstalled, or the hardware is changed, the license becomes void. The key will only remain valid if the same OS version is reinstalled on the same hardware configuration.
By purchasing the software, you receive an activation key (also referred to as a license key, serial key, or activation code). These terms are used interchangeably throughout this agreement.
You may not share or distribute your activation key to others. Licenses must be purchased directly from Soni Typing Tutor.
Soni Typing Tutor does not provide warranties for data loss, accidental uninstallation, malware activity, or system failures that affect the installation or performance of the software.
It is the user's responsibility to secure all files and folders related to Soni Typing Tutor against data corruption or accidental deletion.
All content including typing paragraphs, exercises, images, and notes are for personal use only and must not be reused for any other purpose.
Each activation key is valid for a single Product ID, which is a unique identifier of your machine (desktop or laptop). Only one activation key will be issued per user. Once activated, Soni Typing Tutor provides no guarantees if the software reverts to the trial version due to data loss, malware, system crashes, hardware changes, or other issues.
Soni Typing Tutor contains questions and exercises based on previous examination patterns. However, difficulty level, marks distribution, and question types may vary in actual exams. We are not affiliated with any official recruitment board or authority.
Privacy Policy
Soni Typing Tutor values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This policy outlines how we handle personal information collected through our website and other offline sources. By using our services, you consent to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Contact Information: We may collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, and state.
- Billing Information: We may collect billing details such as name, address, and payment method (excluding credit card details, which are handled securely by Razorpay).
- Direct Input: Information you provide through registration, support queries, or other communication.
- Passive Data Collection: We use tools such as Google Analytics, browser cookies, and web beacons to understand your usage behavior.

Shipping & Return Policy
We provide software activation keys via email or WhatsApp upon purchase. As our product is a digital service, return policies applicable to physical goods do not apply. In the rare event that we are unable to activate your software, a refund will be processed as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a free trial to ensure users can fully evaluate the product before purchasing. Once payment is made, refunds are not provided unless:
- There is a duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- We fail to activate the purchased license.
Refunds, when approved, may take up to 7 days to process. No refunds are given once the license is successfully activated on your device.
Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable software experience, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to data loss or loss of profits. This includes issues arising from third-party services or user actions. We also disclaim liability for events beyond our control such as natural disasters or government actions.
Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, we agree to mediation followed by binding arbitration. Disputes will be governed by applicable laws within our jurisdiction and must be handled individually, without class-action provisions. By using Soni Typing Tutor, you agree to these dispute resolution procedures.
All disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes or legal claims.
The decision of the courts in Jaipur shall be final and binding.
