The Shastra Seema Bal(SSB) recently announced several vacancies for the post of Assistant sub- inspector (ASI) ,Head Constable (HC), Constable (Tradesman and Driver ) and Sub- inspector (SI ) last date to apply for these vacancy is 4/may/2026. There is a mandatory qualifying typing test for the post of ASI and Head Constable (Ministerial). Basically it is qualifying in nature but a candidate must qualify this test. Backspace :- Fully enabled (don’t use much it will lead to reduce candidates net speed )
Accuracy :- 95%
In SSB typing test generally 5% errors are allowed beyond that candidate will be disqualified. There will be 2 type of error :-

Net Speed (WPM) = Total words typed – (excess mistake x 10)/ 10
