AIIMS frequently releases recruitment notifications for various non-medical posts such as Group B and Group C under the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE). The next notification is expected to be released in June 2026. For most non-medical posts, AIIMS conducts a typing test. This test is qualifying in nature, which means that the marks obtained in the typing test are not included in the final merit list.

Interface:- Like most exams the AIIMS typing test interface is similar: the paragraph will be available on the upper half of the screen and candidates have to type in the lower half of the screen.

Duration :- 15 minutes

Language :- English or Hindi

Language for DEO :- English

Typing Speed :- 35wpm for English and 30 wpm for Hindi

Backspace :- Fully Enabled

Note :- There will be no word highlight and no error highlight and scroll will be manual. (according to candidates review)
